Labor Compliance Providers, Inc. (LCP, Inc.) is a California corporation that was established in 2003 for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing prevailing wage compliance upon state & federally-funded public works projects. LCP, Inc. maintains 26 staff resources and five (5) offices throughout California.
LCP, Inc. has the distinguished reputation of being the first consultancy in the State of California to receive an “approved” status for a Labor Compliance Program by the California Department of Industrial Relations. LCP, Inc. has provided compliance monitoring & enforcement services upon 100’s of public works projects and our staff are undoubtedly the most diverse and knowledgeable individuals in the field of construction and labor / contract compliance. In 2009 alone, our agency’s enforcement activities contributed to nearly half of the State’s $5 million dollars in civil wage and penalty assessments that were handed down by the California Labor Commissioner to contractors violating prevailing wage laws.
